I am thinking something like amount of posts per month, the quality of the posts so that they are not just posting short 3-5 word phrases to increase their post count, activity on xbl live and overall behavior in lobbies as well.

You guys will have to come up with the final requirements though ...

The Member of the Month will have to be very active on the forms and be active online. As well as willing to help out with the New Recruits as well as other CAG Members.

Okay so this will be an award that someone will be recommended for it. I also think that we shouldn't allow someone to get this two months in a row. I also wonder what will be the incentive for this?
