The Riot shield is really really good! I Recommend this to anyone when paired with overkill and the defult honeybadger with foregrip. focus is a good perk to use as well. and attach the portable rader attachment to the riot shield for fun!
I myself am a or was a riot-shield whore i have gotten a golden riot shield and haven't used it since 5th prestige currently 10th. I would use the riot-shield with P226 great pistols by the way 2 C4's and 2 Flash-bangs.
The riot shield is good but as with doors there is a really annoying trait that bullets can curve around the shield.
