Go into Los Santos Customs on the app and pick one of your cars . Bring it up to customize it . When its up tap on the license plate , it brings up the custom plate screen . Tap on the screen , enter what you want it to be . Then back out to the car screen and tap the order tab . It will bring up an invoice and you confirm the order if the plate is already taken it will let you know .
