Yes indeed, very good job for the most part. We all hung in there and didn't give up. A perfect example of how dominant we can be if we stay disciplined and communicate was during that Jungle game where I had 34-3 I believe.
Communication, patience and discipline will always give us a bigger chance of winning like that again in the future. We were watching each other backs, calling out everyone back if they went up to far and that is what needs to happen during each game.
We all joined a Clan because we wanted to be part of a group that plays all the time, some of us joined to be part of a close to life simulation of WAR from our very own living rooms. Now that we have seen what we can do, lets put more effort into following the gameplans we put together, whether they are from the Maps we have posted on the site or on the fly gameplanning.
If you don't agree with what we are trying to do, you don't have to play with us. That doesn't mean that you can't be part of CAG either. A full Team of 6 Members will require us to play as tactful and disciplined as possible. We have put together a "training and development" way of Ranking up that will not only help you rank up in the Clan, but also make you a better player.
New Members and recruits start of as Rifleman when they first join CAG. After 2 weeks of playing as Rifleman they move up to Assaultman and so on. If you don't want to be having to follow orders from anyone, move up in rank and become a Unit Leader or Officer. The best and fastest way to do so is by putting in your time at each position we have going up.
Squad and Platoon Leaders don't have to follow any rules. Why? Well because they have proven themselves and shown that they have good Leadership qualities. We have changed the way recruits rank up now, so a recruit could easily become a Squad or Platoon Leader in no time.
So guys, lets all work together, help each other and make CAG a 3 letter acronym that everyone knows about. Lets make it a household name. Lets start recruiting more also, the more Members we have the better it is for all of us.
If we get big enough, we can get a sponsor or sponsors. Its up to you guys how far we can take this.
Well I have ranted long enough. Have a good night or day depending on where you are and when you read this.
