This is Microsofts way of making money for there self . Because the only headphones I know of compatible with xbox one are these ones by polk Audio uploadfromtaptalk1382461185047.jpg
So I imagine the money Polk audio dished out for this contract
I mean don't get me wrong I know Polk Audio has amazing speaker sound . But I'm sure they don't really know shit about gaming headphones . I mean if u look in this pic u will see they have the Mic coming out the headphones but its behind your your mouth so imagine how that's gonna sound lol uploadfromtaptalk1382461288639.jpg

But hey this my opinion ..
I still love Polk Audio for there speakers quality just not for gaming lol

Personally I don't want to know 1000 people let alone have 1000 people on my xbox live friends list lol.
Patron, it sounds like companies can make headphones for Xbox One for release and they'll work with game audio, but won't work with Xbox Live, such as party chat. I doubt Polk has an exclusive on this. My opinion.
