Reagan had to deal with the possibility of nuclear warfare throughout his terms, in fact, Mikhail Gorbachev was seconds away from pressing the button that would of launched a nuclear attack on the U.S. because of some confusion over a test missile that Russia thought was headed towards them, he gave Reagan the benefit of the doubt, with his people breathing down his back he held off and ended up talking with Reagan over the phone and he assured Gorbachev that it was not an attack on Russia but simply a test.
Reagan and Gorbachev paved the way for world balance, it ended the cold war, the berlin wall came down, terrorists feared both Russia and the U.S., yet when he was replaced by Boris Yeltsin all hell broke loose.
Shit, Reagan was probably the reason why the Soviet Union dissolved, he talked Saudi Arabia into lowering the price of oil which led to the Soviet Union not being able to make a killing with their oil.
But back to Clinton, he had to figure out what the fuck Boris Yeltsin was trying to do and or cause when he took over as Russia's 1st President, keep in mind that Clinton was in the middle of the Kosovo and Bosnian Wars, yet he was able to prevent the possibility of starting WW 3 when Wesley Clark the General of the NATO forces wanted to attack and overpower Russian forces that took over a fucking airport. Some Spanish asshole named Javier Solana gave Wesley Clark the order to attack and from what I have heard and read through the years, Clinton and British General Mike Jackson where able to talk behind the scenes and the attacks were not carried out by Mike Jackson.
Clinton could of allowed Wesley Clark to go ahead with those attacks on the Russian forces which without a doubt would of started WW3, no one sees beyond the BS that got Clinton impeached.
Now I could be off on some of these things I just posted but Clinton was a bad ass my Man.
