Quickest way to level up (farm RP)

Here's the text version:
- Go to the Online tab option
- Select Jobs
- Select Host Job
- Select Rockstar Created
- Select Races
- Select Criminal Records
- Set the number of laps to 3
- Set Traffic to ON
- Set Wanted Levels to ON
- Set Custom Vehicles to ON
- Set Catchup to OFF
- Change World Record to Personal Record

- Recommend doing with a Crew member for the Crew RP Bonus

That still sounds pretty good to me, though the 9k (or less if didn't win) sounds fantastic, and there are still lots of my clan brothers and friends playing.

My plan is to focus on GTA 5 over the next two weeks until BF4 comes out.

Yeah that's how I feel about CoD Ghosts! I think ill have enough to get the PS4 and Ghosts since my parents are buying me a new laptop now, and I ordered my two new pairs of gym runners!

That's awesome. I know that you won't be playing as much due to your training but it's good to have some balance.
