Ok you guys, our xbox live gamercard is back on our profile on the left side when you are reading threads and posts, but you have to do one little thing that takes about 2 minutes to do so that it shows up all the time without having to press on the fucking shield at the top left of your browser search bar.
What you are going to do is the following, in your address bar where you would normally see our site's URL, you are going to type in (about:config) without the parenthesis.
After you do that you will type in (mixed) in the search box and look for the following Preference Names and make sure they are all set as (false).
Once you do this, every time you come to our forums the XBOX Live Gamercard will load up automatically like it did before Firefox decided to block xbox's gamercards by default without giving us a warning it was going to do so.
The reason they did this according to them is for security reasons, the xbox gamercard can only work on our forums if I insert it with an (iframe) script, iframes can be dangerous on websites only for websites they are used in not for the person viewing them.
Since xbox.com is a trusted source we have nothing to worry about because they are not going to destroy our forums , lol...
So in order to allow the gamercard mixed content has to be allowed to display by default, the only way to do so is by checking the 3 lines below that are inside the red outlined box set to false.
If you have any questions about this feel free to ask away here, again this will not put you in danger of anything because the only iframe I use on this website is used for the xbox live gamercard that shows up in the image I posted above.
Google chrome now fixed this so if you don't feel comfortable doing this you can always use chrome instead.
