I thought I would share this with you all. I am not sure if this type exists in other posts though.

My old BF2 clan had an organized system of play for competitive matches.

We broke up the group into permanent squads. I belonged to Charlie squad. While in a competitive match my role was always to be the medic. Everyone had a dedicated role.

Charlie's responsibility was to attack, contest and defend only one flag. Other squads were responsible for other flags. In emergencies we could be ordered to leave our flag and assist at another flag.

We had one squad that was the designated rovers ... our commander would tell them where they were most needed at any given point during the match. Our commander would tell armor and air support where to go at all times as well.

It worked very well.
