I have done them-as a NCO i was having them done and doing them every 6 months
this could work with CAG but i think Monthly counseling statements would work just as well

I like this idea actually, although this is the Army's eval form I think we could do one for CAG specifically.
If you can come up with the eval layout Brovo I will set up the form here on the forums. Great idea Soul!
