Ok, I just got off the phone with xbl and waited for about 30 mins, they transferred me to their team that deals with security and tampering issues and this is what they told me: "We have already received a few complaints over the phone and through xbl's complaint interface about 2 of the individuals you have just reported to us. We will need some more information from you and the individuals involved in these attacks and voice messages".
I tried to see if these dummies would settle down and waited to see if all this would blow over, it didn't. I have to now take serious actions on my behalf and I recommend to anyone who feels threatened by these dummies to call xbl support and file a complaint as well as file a complaint on xbl's interface.
No more Mr. Nice Guy, they were warned now they will have to answer to the authorities.
