Controller Vibration: On or Off?

So do you guys play with controller vibration or no? I have always played with it on because it just felt normal..but I have heard that it helps a lot with accuracy to play with it better. What do you guys think?

I'm going to try to play with it off. Plus I just ordered a controller and I'm going to take the rumble packs out if I like it.
