Platoon Commander Positions are open!

I am going to need some of you to step up and claim Platoon Commander positions soon. Each Platoon will be according to the game mode being played. Currently only NiiNJA v is a Platoon Commander. He is in full control of the Search & Destroy Platoon who will specialize in Search & Destroy games.

I will need someone for the rest of the game modes especially Hardcore Team Deathmatch. If you are interested in becoming a Platoon Commander let me know here.

So lets get this rolling you guys. Remember I only want serious people for these positions. If you are a casual gamer and you want to become one let me know as well.

hows it goin cheech, if you dont mind me asking what exactly are the responsabilitys of a platoon leader, im pretty much on the game all day everyday unless im letting the wife watch some tv or if i get a job in the future, and if me and vokab are on at the same time we are always playing together. so let me know but im sure it would be no problem for me and vokab to take charge well that is if he gets his crap fixed.lol

Well lets get to the nitty gritty. Platoon Commanders are in total control of a 12-25 men Unit. All decisions regarding that Unit will be made by the Platoon Commander and only a higher ranked Officer can make decisions if he doesn't think agree with the decisions of a Platoon Commander.

Platoon Commanders must also be active on the forums and know how to process the recruit forms and how to add them to the Clan.

Right now we only have 1 Platoon Commander and that is NiiNJAv, he leads the Search & Destroy Platoon. That Platoon can have a different Clan Tag to distinguish it from others. But I want to see everyone include and promote www.cagclan.com on their xbox live profile.

If you and VoKaB can get a 12 men Unit you guys have your own Platoon. Each Platoon needs a Platoon Sergeant who will be in charge of training new members on how you guys want them to play and for disciplinary matters. Please read the Chain of Command, Rank and Unit Structure for more details.

So talk with Vokab about this so you guys can put together you Platoon. The person with the most recruited members and most time spent on the forums should be the Platoon Commander, but I will leave that up to you and Vokab. Sound good?

alright kewl yea i will def talk to him about that the next time i talk to him sadly i will be away from the 360 from dec 4th to dec 12 goin to california with the wife to visit her family so when i get back from that i am goin to start doin some major recruting to try and get active members up in here.

Hey good stuff man have fun in Cali. Vokab and I live here in Cali, where abouts are you going?

And yeah hopefully recruiting goes well for us on Black Ops. It did very good on Modern Warfare 2 and other games, but I was making it difficult for people to stick around. I am taking a different approach this year and hopefully it turns out better.

But yes I will also talk with Vokab about this and let him know whats going on as well. Have fun in Cali man and watch out for Earthquakes! we haven't had a good one in a while and we are due! haha! SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL BABY!

They are part of California now man, its a tradition! Now I would be more scared of damn twisters of any kind that quakes. I was in a tornado when I was visiting family in Nebraska years ago, that shit was scary let me tell you. But hope you have fun man, enjoy your stay!

I'm definantly intrested in being a Platoon Leader... but more-so with Fire-Team Alpha!
I'd like to earn my Marksmen Badge first before considering a goal like that. And i'm always on the lookout for potential recruits and asking them if they're intrested in looking for a clan to join.
