The green background shows the 5 long immature months it took to become a disciplined "DOGG". The yellow indicates loyalty and honor followed by the color red which indicates the blood spilled for fellow "DOGGS".
One of the most prestigious awards available to CAG DOGGS, this Ribbon also goes by the name " Longevity Service Award ".

He had to of recommend himself. I will address this issue as it is happening way to often. Once I create a post the punishment will make there games void if they do it themselves. I have addressed this about several times with several people. So this will stop soon!
