I will need some feedback and suggestions from our "Brother" members in the clan ... not so much the name of the award, but the design ....for the Hispanic I made it look like a damn Mariachi with the huge mexican's hat ..for the white boys I put the confederate flag lol ..so now for our black members I need something that you can clearly say .."OH HES BLACK" without the insult but at the same time where it stereo types them in a jokingly way .... kindah hard lol ...
