No arguments here in kilo we don't have dogg brothers we have fireteam leaders then sargents then staff sargents that handle recuits . Its all good and I do rember having a dogg brother when I came in so ITS ALL GOOD BRO .

Recruits are able to request their Dogg Ribbon as soon as they get their marksmen. Their is no Dogg Brother at the moment but your mentor is Your Fireteam & Squad Leader. Noone is wrong but it was just a matter informational differences.

That sir is not true. Their DOGG brother is supposed to do that, and that can only happen if the platoon commander gives the go ahead. That if it is before their two weeks.

The Dogg Brother can put in a "recommendation" for a recruit who got a "direct invite" and they become members right off the bat, but they still need to obtain their marksman within their 2 week probation.

That is the only time some should have their Dogg Ribbon without their Marksman.

Not true if you have completed the requirements for your marksmen you are aloud to request your marksmen award and your dogg ribbon .

Correct, as soon as you complete your marksman challenge you can go right ahead and request your dogg and marksman's ribbon and start right away on your sharpshooter.
