Sounds like u need to reset the modem . Look at your manual booklet . If its not that then u probly need to sync ur headphones with the modem .

if you got the protection warranty and it aint up then you should be able to return them and get a new pair

Are all the wires hooked up right ? Try a different usb plug for rhe power outlet
