Lol yeah 50 can break u .
At my peak in my 20s I would do about a set of 200 while doing set of 2 push ups and two sidewing push ups .

It would take me about an hour and a half to complete but non stop .
Man I miss them days smh ..lol

I play soccer and run track. I love to stay in shape. I do 100 push ups and crunches everyday. I need to do weights again though.I need more muscle on my arms.
