I run two times a day and go to the gym I drink protein drinks and try to eat right it's hard cause alot of what I like has dairy and I can't have it

Honestly I don't hit the gym or do any of that .
Calk me dumd but belive it or not I still just do my prison routine witch we call BURPIES basicly its a squat and a set of five or two push ups .and a side to side push up to get the shoulders and all . Here's a video of it .
And let me note that this is really filled in a prison cell
I bust about 250 every other day just to keep me a lil fit . Nothing major . I still eat what I want but during the day I drink a lot of blended up fruit

I goto a Krav Maga Gym. I mostly do dumb bells kettle bells cycling classes battle ropes and kick boxing. I don't drink anything except powerade gatorade water and eat everything!

I am lactose intolerant so dairy makes me sick so can't have most of the shakes and yummy foods
