Why is Origin (EA) so Fail

Been up for almost a fuckin hour now trying to figure out how to link my youngere brothers XBL account to his Origin account for battlelog. Any tips? I already made a new email and changed it to the new email on his XBL account and according to Origin that email is currently registered with another account -___- too early for this shit man

Yeah it took me 2 years to get my linked right and even then it happened on a different account lol.

I honestly have no good tips. Its really bad and EA is seriously retarded.

I had the same problem ended up having to phone ea to get a fix and it turned out I had linked the wrong email to the origin account

I had to switch my email a while back when my old email was hacked. A 3 hour phone call just to get my fucking email switched.........

So I don't really know what to tell ya. Other then try to create a whole new email, and sit through a possible 3 hour phone call, or do there online support that they have now. -_-'

That's what I done the online support which when u think about it online support always has every prob under the sun but never the one your looking solved.i def would suggest the phone call as it will put the prob to bed.theyll do security checks with ya to make sure your who you say you are.it does take a while but they do sort it.
