No, Ranks are given by your supieriors, Judged upon amount of post count. Badges earned and game time spent with clan! If deemed worthy of course. Also if you show exponentional leadership skill, which I encourage you to step to the plate for your fellow CAG member.

And you can get the MW3 Badge , by requesting it on the awards page.
