New recruits !!!

I tell ya they take the time to fill out an app. and then nothing on the forum . I think its crazy its there in bold print STAY active on the form . Two min a week and you can go unnoticed . There is so much info on the forum its nuttz all wasted due to inactivity . Don't think they will not kick you off the roster they will so NEW RECUITS STAY ACTIVE ON THE FORUM PLEASE OR WE WILL NOT SEE YOU HERE LONG .

I understand your frustration bro. Which is why I want to get IN GAME with alot of the recruits to encourage them to stay active on the forums. People aren't always goung to do what they're told. Some need to be coaxed.
I hope to lead by example and go out of my way to help the recruits to understand its crucial to stay active on forum and game alike. One goal in mind building CAG.

don't let it get to you. its nothing worth driving yourself crazy over. some will follow through. some will fill out the app and never log back into the website.

Doesn't drive me crazy I think its silly to tell you the truth . There the ones that are not going to be part of this family and share all the good time we have . Its on them to do the work , put in the time I can't do it for them . So its on them if they don't want to be part of the #1 Clan/Family CAG ...

This is my opinion ... when I was growing up my father said if you start something finish it don't go in halfassed and stop if your going to do that then don't evean start it . I don't know mabe its me but I think this has to do with a new generation of people that just don't care about anything they do because there's no consequences for not exceeding in life .

Yeah it takes some getting use to . But just browse around and explore n before u know it u will be a living pro at it
