Post are still marked unread?

Hello again.
I was just noticing that the number of unread posts that I have on the main page keeps climbing.
Now, I know that there are posts there that I have already read but they seem to not disappear after reading them.
Is there a reason for this>? Is there a special "button" that I have to press to mark them as read?
Any info would help.

If you are coming to the website and you don't have cookies enabled it won't save your settings.

The second you open up those threads or posts "will" be marked as read. I have no problem with any threads or posts still marked unread.

Hmmm....

I use Google Chrome for a browser....
Perhaps time to reinstall Firefox for my Clan-Only use

i use firefox for two things.

1. is this website.
2. is a website i don't want the other user of this computer knowing i frequent so i use firefox because they only use chrome or IE.

I use chrome and have no probs with unread posts or threads.u can mark forums read at forum actions at the top of our site but I would advise against this as u could miss something vital from higher up the chain of command in regards to games or actions that need to be complied with and as a recruit u need to keep on top of your forum threads and activity.let me say u done The right thing though by asking ur question.:-)
