NCO Duties and Responsibilities

If you are a NCO these are your duties and responsibilities

*Responsible for picking Squad Leaders

here is a brief guide for picking squad leader's;
1. Participation on the forum's
2. Look at a person's attitude
3. Adherence to Code of Conduct
4. Look at a person's ability to lead a group of people not just in game but on Xbox Live as well

**A person's skill level in game does not tell you in any way if they will be a good leader. often times the best leader is not the best player.

*Organizing Squad's and Fire Team's

here is a brief guide for organizing Squad's and Fire Team's;
1. Each squad must have Squad Leader and 3 Fire Teams with 3 Fire Team Leaders
2. Squad Leaders pick their own Fire Team Leaders
3. When starting a Platoon you will only have as many Fire Teams as you need to accommodate the amount of members in the squad
4. Create Training Events
*IE - Squad game nights, scrimmages or battles, movie nights on Netflix

*Oversee Squad Leader's

*Create Training Event's

*Approve Fire Team Leader's which are pick by Squad Leader's

*Make sure Squad's are meeting the forum activity level

*Reinforce the importance of the forum's

*Make sure the CAG Code of Conduct is understood and followed

I never once stated that it was irrelevant on the forums or inaccurate,merely trying to get someone to at least acknowledge that they are posting on old dated threads which this user never confirmed that.
Its very unusual for someone to specifically comment on dated threads rather than up to date threads or posts thus therefore the question to acknowledge that he was aware he was posting on dated threads was asked.
Things where never once acknowledged until CAG GypsyOutlaw called him on it and stated that we no longer recruit for 360 on post #16 of this thread - http://www.cagclan.com/community/showthread.php?t=147
