Best games played thread?

Badass! We need to rain fire from the sky soon! Especially once i get another mic, i thought i knew all the tricks to flying but my buddy told me the other day about the bearing indicators. Being able to communicate that is so effective i couldnt believe it.

Totally Oh and I have no idea what you are talking about..bearing indicators and such lol. If the other chopper and jets are no real challenge I usually go with thermals and rain on the ground, but if the other chopper is good I usually trade it off for my zoom..that way I can hit them long before they even start taking shots at us. I don't go in a chopper much because I have hopped in with randos and more times that not we hit a pole and crash and burn bahahha.

Just got my best heli game last night with Manny, boi is he 2strong. Our deaths were basically suicides, I tried to save our heli and died at 3% because you know 3% is 0% in bf and then i tried to save the enemy heli but someone was still in it and i got killed by count down and then Manny crashed trying to pick me up. Oh yeah was fun watching Cowboy go into enemy base with a dirtbike and go in circles trying to road kill someone. And I think i'm a better secondary pilot than a main pilot, I can fly it well but poles and trees like to come out of no where and rock my heli out the sky.

Manny is over powered. I think he should be nerfed, feeling like MrSharret in tanks and shit

Wow, that is amazing!! Funny, I joined the core server the other night and Manny was in my squad and his mic was going crazy just making noise and driving me mad..LMAO..and that's how I remember him. haha.

Sadly no, they would be in a big group and he'd just do circles around them and they would be shooting at him till he died to count down

The bearing indicators are the spinning numbers the move based upon the direction your aiming. So instead of saying, targets at 6 O'clock, or to the left, precision can be used to the exact spot thats being talked about. A good communication between gunner and pilot, will be so hard to shoot down. Its especially handy if you were to see a stinger/igla shooting at us, you can tell me exactly where hes at to line you up with a shot in a quickness.

I never-ever found a good use for zoom, always used thermals... never once have i thought about sniping another chopper

Torcut, yeah thermal is pretty good, but sucks on desert maps in my opinion. I just use the tv missle to try to deal with helis at long range

Yeah it does. Especially ones with sand on it. Like Gulf of Oman or Bandar Desert. Firestorm and the defaults arent so bad. The sand gets so hot it masks the thermal heat signature.
But an easy solution is to just switch on back to daylight cam, usually people dont assign their camo for the level they are on and often stick out like a sore thumb when running through the desert.

Very true but the way my pilot plays is defensive, only goes aggressive once the jets and heli(s) are down so zoom is better for me and i prefer it (but thermal kicks ass when looking into buildings for people hiding in corners). Then again it all depends on the pilot because if they are aggressive all the time just leave thermal on, like you said, and turn it off when looking for people on desert maps that stick out because most people use black spec ops camo
