as some of you guys know i am apart of 2 platoon in cod but i just want to put my 2 cents in about whats going on with people not feeling like they are wanted at all. guys all of you guys are important to us as a family guys. you guys have done so much to help cheech,toxic,and all the generals and everyone below them. if it wasn't for everyone here i honestly have made my whole time better here and i don't want anyone to like they are not wanted or there options don't matter guys thats what the forums are based off of so everyones options matter so thank you for reading and hope this helps some of you guys .

but the way i see things cheech are different and i don't mean to offend you in any way about this but in my way of thinking some of these guys feel as if they cant do anything to help like i did for awhile and look I'm still here but this hurts me personally i don't like seeing people who have tried to help but cant get it through anyone to help you guys as a whole. me personally i would like to stay as a co of a platoon only because i have a hard time trying to learn things and from talking with black it seems hard to me and i do not want to step on toes or mess anything up that you guys as a family and a whole have built so that just my way of the situation

Yeah...if people want to help there is plenty of work to go around for everyone. Beat Down, you have had many chances to prove yourself and help out here in this clan. That is why I really do not understand your post. Sometimes people are given jobs and they do not perform so they have to be removed from that position. But members who really want to help, rise to the top and are seen by their leaders. Everyone here has a job to do from privates to Generals. If nothing else, participating in the forums with new ideas, attitude, following the code and recruiting are great ways to start showing what you are made of.
No one here gets overlooked, all leaders are taught how to spot good leaders out of the bunch. Some people are just players and that is ok too. You can have "too many chiefs and not enough Indians". So, while you are unable to get on the xbox right now because of your situation, reading the forums and understanding everything that is going on is going to be hard for you. Seeing the everyday actions of people in game and on the xbox is an integral part in knowing how people feel and what they are made of. Actions speak louder than words my friend, and a tiger will always show its' stripes!
