Venice my Man ! Perro, You have been a part of CAG now for over a year. You left for a brief period of time but you came back and you came back a whole different person. Your gaming skills, performance, attitude and most of all leadership skills during games has prompted me to offer you the position of Sergeant Major of CAG.

As Sergeant Major of CAG you will be responsible for handling any and all issues regarding all members in the enlisted ranks, which are all ranks and members under neath you, your subordinates.

The Sergeant Major of CAG is a very unique and distinguished Rank and Billet and serves as the Clan's main source of communication between the Officers and Enlisted Members of CAG.

Responsibilities of the Sergeant Major of CAG include:

Making sure everyone underneath him is up to date with what is going on with the Clan
Passing down information to the Clan of upcoming events
Must be active daily on the forums
Capable of handling matters of discipline and morale among all enlisted members

As you should already know, I am putting together Charlie Delta Squad and only I may allow entry to this squad. This is my personal squad of hand picked members who I trust 100% during games to be holding their positions at all times. This squad plays defensively by setting up a strong perimeter that the enemy must attack and we will defend.

All members of this squad will be held to higher standards than the rest of the clan, there will be no excuses in this squad and every single member will be held accountable for a breakdown in the defensive formation.

My goal for this squad is to turn it into a platoon by mid July. I will be looking for a Squad Leader, Fireteam leaders and a Platoon Sergeant who will be tasked with turning this squad into a Platoon from the get go.

So if you are interested in being part of this squad and you agree to follow orders without question and understand that you will be given 1 chance only to always stay in your area of responsibility given to you by me then you are welcomed to Charlie Delta.

This is not your average squad and we don't accept excuses or apologies. Do as you are told by your superior at all times. We do not question each other and we are all one.

In order for you to remain as a member of Charlie Delta, complete trust in your teammates is necessary at all times. You do your job they will do theirs. You will be given a responsibility on every map and may change depending on the unit leader who is present.

The highest ranking member present will always assume command unless he appoints someone else to take command during games.

The purpose of this squad is to completely overwhelm the other team by setting a perimeter and defending it for the entire game. You are not to go after the enemy under any circumstances.

A strict no corner policy will be enforced. This means you are under no circumstances allowed to turn corners for any offensive attacks. You will sit back and let the enemy come to you, let them turn the corners pay for it with their lives.

I will be posting maps of the areas in which every single member of the squad will be required to defend. These areas will be marked on the maps with the required member to defend that area. Billets will be used and they are as follows:

Fireteam Leader: Must be equipped with the grenade launcher

Assistant Fireteam Leader: Must be equipped with a LMG and trophy systems and must always be within range of his Fireteam Leader.

Rifleman: Two riflemen will be required and they will be seeing most of the action during games. Any set up that works for them is accepted.

CQB Team Member: Two Close Quarter Battle Team Members who are equipped for heavy close quarters combat. These will be the only members of the team who will be allowed to move freely within the perimeter that is set by the team.

Once Charlie Delta is complete I will be meeting with every single member in private then in a meeting on xbl to brief the squad and designate each member with their new billet and rank if necessary.

So prepare yourself for the closest experience of a simulation style of gameplaying possible. Again, this will not be for everyone and only the most disciplined of players will be able to handle this type of gameplay. There will be times when you see no action at all for an entire game and there will be times when you see all the action during games.

We are competing against each other, instead we are tasked with one mission, completely overwhelm and destroy the enemy.
