Cheech correct me if im wrong but we have a 2 week probation period before we let new recruits request dogg ribbon or any awards and sidebang deff is a bad ass player it's only been 2 or 3 days?

Anyone who gets their Marksman right away is an official member, unless you guys don't think he is ready to be one, but earning your Marksman automatically brings you into the clan as a PFC.

He still has to pass the 2 week probation though regardless of whether he is an official member or not.

alright Ill get with black or rab1d tonight and talk to them cause I was under the impression we wernt doing that anymore it was a two week probation period and after the two weeks we were to evaluate them and then make them an official member.

Cheech is correct Bx3boyz. After they complete their Marksman challenge they are brought into the clan as a PFC. We can still have the 2 week probation period but they do receive their Dogg Ribbon and Marksman. This was a misunderstanding on everyone's part, no big deal. Just do your evaluation of them at the 2 week point to make sure that their activity and progress is the way you would like it. If it is not then you can still remove them whether they are a full member or not. Cool

Now remember you guys, if you guys see someone getting their marksman but their attitude sucks ass during the time they took to get their marksman, you can bring it up to any of your superiors and let them know why you feel they are not a good fit for the clan even though they did get their marksman.

You have to start evaluating them from day one.
