Coheed and Cambria

i don't know if anyone has ever heard of them but i'm listening to their first album "Second Stage Turbine" for the first time in at least 5-8 years and wow - it still blows my mind. i don't want to get to descriptive of what it does to my ear's. but it's nasty. i know that Good Apollo was a KILLER album but i prefer SST (Second Stage Turbine)

check out a couple song's for a proper debate. please don't just tell me it suck's without listening to it.

does anyone else listen to Coheed?

they used to play club shows around PA a long time ago in a galaxy far away.

yeah i don't know if they even play small clubs anymore man. it sucks. i saw cannibal corpse at a small local club once as well. it was a sea of fucking hair.

i felt like parting it - biblical style LOL

i saw hopesfall but i missed Hawthorne Heights. too many *christian school kids caught wind of that show for me to get in - they stopped selling tickets.

*There used to be a catholic high school less than a mile from the two clubs. occasionally those kids caught wind of shows and came down and clogged the rest of us from getting in. those who showed up for shows every week. fuckers.

i saw Hatebreed too. twice. fucking anarchy.

not to mention the craziest fucking show on earth, The Bad Luck 13 Riot Extravaganza. they got to play 1 full song. show was shut down halfway through the second song and more half of Wilkes Barre's on duty police officers showed up. 3 cruisers and 1 k-9 truck. not bad. LOL.

my friend almost got hit in the face with a flaming 2x4. every light was smashed. bottles flying. fireworks going off. ducking for incoming garbage cans. i smelt like beer from all the bottles being thrown and i didn't even drink.

i was literally scared to go in and see them play - it was the craziest thing. but i'm glad i did.
