New bf3 recruits please read!(easy)

Over the past 2-3 days iv had at least 2 maybe 3 friend requests.in your application you would have been told to send the request along with a message to say u were a recruit.im only the rank of lance corporal but I WILL follow procedure ie:- I will not by any means accept any friend requests if I don't recieve a message along side it.keep on top of ur application thread and if u read through it details everything u need to know and follow.

a lot the recruits for BF3 either cannot read or just don't comprehend simple instructions.

They need to do this as it is a part judge of character on their end.i had to follow instructions when it came to my app and everyone before me as well.i look at it as respect.

Exactly my point John and just about every Officer feels the same way as you do.

When you get those guys who are sending you pms, messages on xbl asking for instructions and asking questions they should already know the answers to it raises a quick red flag.

There are several areas here on the site that tell new applicants and recruits what to do. They just don't read everything and want us to answer all their questions which they should of already gotten the answers to by reading our quick instructions posted on every application and in our recruiting section of the website.

Do not feel bad, I reject friend requests all the time because they do not include anything else on that friend request but the friend request.

So all you new applicants and recruits out there if Johnbai84 was able to do this on his own you all should as well. Stop sending "ME" private messages because I "will not" answer them in pms. All your questions should be asked in the forums and you all need to read and be active on the forums so you don't ask as many questions.

A simple search also will find the answers to your questions.

i love it when it says right in the reply "we need to know you understand" and they say yes and then don't do any of it. just magical stuff.

I did much the same. It takes a little bit of their time up to read and send messages. If they do not want to invest that hour or hour and a half into being a recruit, do they deserve our time?

they came here and applied to join us. no one begged anyone else to come fill out an app. i don't mind helping people but when they ask question's that, at least to me, are clearly explained in the canned reply it becomes extremely redundant.

That's exactly my point as well drive and I have found so many of my stupid silly questions by using the sites search feature.its not hard to search a key word or subject and find god knows how many threads.
