anti tank ribbon

when we talk about the anti tank ribbon it takes 3 vehicle kills to earn the ribbon.what is ment by vehicle kills? I can swear im just having a dumb moment.

any vehicle just need to get the ribbon, so if you shoot down 3 air vehicle with a tank that'd count. If you kill 3 suicide jeeps you will get the ribbon and that counts
