So since I dislike fast food places because I do not know what they put in my smoothies and the closest organic smoothie place is like an hour away, IT IS TIME TO MAKE MY OWN SMOOTHIES!
This is the recipe that I have followed:
Ingredients:
1 large mango diced and chilled
1 banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of orange juice
6 ice cubes
I will edit this post later to see how it tastes
On the other hand my back is in pretty bad shape and I keep playing sports, I will tell my children when they are older just to pick one sport because I don't want them to be stressed and have most of their body being replaced by age 30. Anyway HAVE A GREAT DAY!
