So I completed my challenges to earn my marksmanship badge...but when I went and tried to request for the badge..it wouldn't let me..what am I doing wrong?

did you post your scores to the marksman forum?
yes I did it...and I was told by the others to go and request it..but I couldn't go through with it..
Black, he needs to be given his rank first, added as a clan member then he can request his badge.
