thats a good goal all i can say is stay active on here and on the box and try and help out wherever you can and im sure it will probably happen
feel free to send me a friend request im on the box all the time i work from 8am to 3pm pacific time today and then i have the rest of the week off till friday
to be a good leader in anything you have to build chemistry with all the guys around you and playing with you. talk to em as much as you can. hop in a party with everyone and just shoot the shit, don't even talk BO2 or tactic's. that will come in time as you see who is best at what.
your guys MUST be able to trust you. do you whatever it takes to prove to them that they can trust you, no matter what.
i'm not saying you dont have chemistry with people or that people don't trust you either, please don't take it that way. i am just trying to give you some advice? yeah advice. that's some of the stuff i have noticed and try to do myself with Easy.
we all have great chemistry in Easy. you can see it when we play together.
and i would like to think my guys can trust me. whether or not my guy's trust me, i don't know. i don't go around asking "hey bro, you trust me?" lol. i just hope i have earned it. and if i haven't, it is my number 1 priority to earn it.

there you go bud. keep a positive attitude to man. no just in here, but life in general. everyone gets frustrated or mad or needs to vent and blow off steam. everyone is human, myself included. but being in a negative frame of mind never makes anything better.
Everyone gets a chance to do something if they have the determination to do it. Building chemistry is important, whether it's in a squad or as a clan, remember guys we're brothers although issues come around whether its life or clan related. If we come together and trust each others bound we'll be fine. Lets go out and show them why ...

I agree with what you are saying. We need. To stick together and show everyone why CAG is #1. We need to be better than any clan out there. So CAG let's keep kicking butt and being #1.
To become a part of this clan, and get to know everyone atm.
And to have a nice job in communications hopefully.
