Perks allowed, no weapons. You can pick up weapons, but you have to only have the combat knife equipped initially.
You have to win to get the badge. Thoughts?

Online Hours: {
Monday: 3pm-5pm
Tuesday: 3pm-6pm
Wednesday: 4pm-11pm
Thursday: 3pm-6pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Very variable, but typically in the afternoon to early morning.
