I have no idea what happened, it was running fine before I left. My Uncle wants him to drive to his house which is roughly an hour and a half away. Brothers worried that it will just crap out on him and hill be stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Anyone have any tips for a quick fix?
    Hey Mech,
I might be a little late on this one, but I am a mechanic. sounds to me like and alternator issue, I have seen this before, where the alt. just stopped working and everything in the car went haywire. check it out. or drive belt snapped, this could happen also. anyway wanted to put it out there, if you have not fixed it already.
My kung fu is better than your kung fu....wwwaaaattttaaa!!

That's what it was, and some other little stuff. It's all fixed. Now I just gotta go pick it up.
