Can someone help me when it comes to basic regulations in the court of law.

This has been the 2nd time this month where i have been stopped by the police for open carrying even though I hardly open carrying only when hunting or fishing but they seem to think there GOD and decide to harass me and treat me like crap.It is not illegal to open carry in Florida if you maintain your concealed carry permit, went to open carry gun class and coming to and from hunting or fishing. One of my classes I am taking is Law and Legal studies so i know a substantial amount when it comes to the court of Law and my mom is a paralegal so I know what im talking about but they still keep on stopping me. Can anyone help me with gun regulations.

Your Plates should register that you have a gun permit. So if cops read your plates it will pop up. I know in Ohio if you have the permit cops can pull you over for no reason, or say just to check you are following the permit rules

Best idea, dont open carry when driving. You dont want any marks on your record before going to the Point. Any infraction could cost you man.

In my part of Alabama everyone open carries. If you see someone not open carrying you have a problem

Well.. just from a point of view, if they're not used to seeing people doing it often it may make you more of a target and they have no problem harrassing people from time to time, hopefully just making sure everything is in proper order, or they're just a bunch of Fin Twats where you're at and you have my condolences. As to law, You'd know more than I do, I hope, sorry Bud
