goals being met/future goals

well i have recently met some of my personal goals from when i first became a member. be a non green rank, be on the popular user list (rep points) and be a name on the list of people your supposed to add when you join. well im a 2nd lieutenant now (yellow) and i am loftily aiming for any star general. i recently passed showing and stormy in rep points now im coming for you diamond. lol. one day i hope to pass cheech. and within the past few days i finally became a guy recruits are told to add. keep in mind i didnt ask to be i did ask that it be mentioned that gee is our commander of easy and we have a core server. i also want the 1 year member award so i hope you all like me i intend on being here awhile lol. i think it should be noted however that im a forumwhore my rep points is a direct result of having no life or responsibilities and why i can post 10-25 times a day. i think its good to have and meet goals mine are now fairly outrageous. i would also like to someday pass cheech in number of posts but its not a top priority as i am roughly 6500 away.

LOL way to go grits. N I agree u are a forum whore. But that's a good thing. I also like goal of wanting to be one of the guys they ask to be added . I hope one day I can be on there as well

Patron I have also added you to that list for the applications. I need to know who all are squad leaders so they can all be added to the list.

And Grits, I love seeing the enthusiasm you bring to the clan. While you do have more time than a lot of the other members, you are a very good example of someone who is active on the forums. I do not ask anyone to post on our forums like they are going out of style, but the forums are a very important component not just for us but to any clan.

My goal is to have this clan operate as flawlessly as possible and having people like you is what has helped in the past and will continue to help as we move forward.

While every clan has to have "a leader", every clan has to have the right people who can and are willing to make decisions for the clan on the fly. I will never question you guys for making decisions regardless of what they are. Unless I see you guys making some bonehead decisions, I will never micro-manage you guys and undermine the authority you guys have earned.

Squad Leaders have the right to put people in different squads, set up lobbies, get all the members playing together when ever possible, that is their main duty.

Platoon Leaders have to make sure their Squad Leaders are doing the aforementioned while still managing to play with as many new recruits and members as possible.

You have your Platoon Sergeants who are responsible for disciplinary issues. Any Platoon Sergeant can hand out disciplinary actions to any member as long as it is reasonable. If a Platoon Sergeant feels that someone needs to be removed from the clan they can make the suggestion to the Platoon Leader who will then either decide to remove that person right away or talk to his Company Commander to see what action should be taken.

So what I am saying here is that you guys are doing a fucking hell of a job running CAG and that is what I need you guys to be doing. I know some people might already be thinking something like "Well if we are running CAG then we don't need CAG" or "Cheech is never around its this guy or that guy that is running CAG".

Yes, I know these will be questions and concerns running through some members heads, but that is how we need a clan to be ran. The more members we have that are qualified and experienced to run the clan the better.

The reason clans disband so soon is because they allow animosity between the "co-leaders" at any rank to take over them. If we can all work together like a fine tuned machine, CAG will be a household name in no time.

So everyone should have goals they wish to achieve here with CAG. Yes, it is only a game, but for some of us this is our way of staying of trouble and help us unwind when we get home from a long day's work.

Just like Grits and Delta have proven in the last couple of weeks that anyone can make a difference here, so can the rest of you as well. If you guys come to us with a great suggestion or idea that will help better the clan, don't be afraid to present us with it. No one said running a clan was going to be easy and because of that I am always looking for people who are willing to help me out. As a Leader I am only as good as those people who I choose to surround myself with to help me lead.

So yes, everyone of you guys here at CAGCLAN.com is important to the clan and to me. Without you guys CAG would be nothing, cliche? yeah, but its the fucking truth.

Grits, thank you really Bro for all you have done and are doing, it has helped out a lot and without you and Gee BF3 would be non existent here at CAG.
