BO2 New Build 25.619.7 is up & how to download quickly

Some people have a different playlist and here's the way you can get the build immediately without waiting for the download to come to you....

Go to SYSTEM SETTINGS, then STORAGE, then press Y Device Options, select CLEAR SYSTEM CACHE after that load the game and accept the download, then BOOM new build is up as u can see in the upper right corner (25.619.7) Yeeeeeeeee...Enjoy!!!!

because shuting off and turning on the xbox does not automatically get the download or does dashboarding...

This is the "Cannot join session in progress cause friends playlist is newer" message and everyone rank shows 1 and are no visible emblem, and the one who have not update are still the same from what i saw last night at 2am PST

If you do this it will clear the cashe and when u put the game back on it will load the current download for the game when u put it in...

You can wait hours and still not automatically get the download THIS A SHORTCUT !! ENJOY!!

This is not something you want to be doing to your system. What this does it deletes all the patches and updates not just for your current game but for all games. The 360's system works just fine the way it does things, thing of this as your cpu's registry, you don't want to be fucking around with the registry.

Just allow the updates to come to you the way they were intended to.

While it is a quick way for your system to get the latest updates for your games, it is not necessary to do this.

How to clear your Xbox 360 system cache

Overview

Issues with your Xbox 360 console can often be resolved by removing temporary files and data from the system cache. The cache stores such items as game updates, system update installation packages, and gamer pictures of your friends.


Clearing the Xbox 360 cache does not remove:

• Your gamertag
• Content that you have downloaded
• Game files
• Console software updates

Clearing the cache temporarily removes:

• Previously downloaded game updates. You will be prompted to download these updates again the next time you try to play the games.

To clear the system cache

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
2. Select Storage or Memory.

1. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
2. Select Clear System Cache.

1. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
