Ok guys , so yesterday I was working on a new program I was trying out for the site and I changes the cookies path for the website and forgot to reset it and it "DID" break the chat bar.
I just fixed it so you guys should be good to go.
Make sure you guys clear your cache and cookies before trying it again.
As a matter of fact, have your browser remove cookies and your cache every time you close your browser.
