NIS vs BD which one should I get because my NIS already expired yesterday.
I use Avast bro the free version and I have not had a single problem with my laptop since. It has been now 5 years of me using Avast. Before I used Norton, McAfee, Bit Defender, Kaspersky you name it and there was always problems with them.
All of those are resource hogs and run way too many process that are not even necessary. Try Avast bro I guarantee you will like it.

I stopped using Norton, especially if you do any gaming. I personally use Comodo Internet Security. It's free, lightweight, responsive, and after you teach it a bit, its a very powerful piece of software. I've been using it now for 3+ years, 0 infections, and is silky smooth when gaming.
May not know what I'm doing, but by god I'll give it a try!
I was going to try out Comodo before I installed Avast, what are the differences and similarities, pros and cons?
I've not used Avast, so I can't speak to it. But the differences between Norton vs Comodo are staggering. 1) it uses 1/8th the system resources that Norton does, 2) its updated more often and faster than norton, 3) it has a built in firewall that you can custom set to allow/deny based upon IP addresses or app, 4) it never expires and theres no fee unless you want the premium support feature.Originally Posted by CAG CheechDogg
