Don't worry about having connection problems buddy, what you guys can do though is check your internet speeds to see if you guys have decent enough speeds to be able to play and not worry about shit like this.
To be able to play games without problems you guys need to be around 10-15 Mbps download and 1.75-2.00 Mbps upload.
The download of course is how quickly you receive data and the upload is important to send it. The higher the upload the better and also helps you with being host of lobbies.
Go to the following website and check your speeds:

Test your speed sucka! copy and paste the results so we can see what you got!
Comcast always has good upload speeds, the ping is a little high but it is expected and not rare to see that high of a ping with uploads that high. Did you try it with just one device grabbing your routers signal?
4mb upload or download? If it's download that is horrible for gaming, if it's upload then you are good to go.
You pay for 8 upload but only get 4? If that is correct you need to call comcast and have them replace your cable. You should be running RG6 coaxial cable instead of RG59.
You can tell if you have RG59 because it is much thinner and you can easily bend it and RG6 is almost the thickness of a nickle.
Comcast has a habit of never rewiring homes that have RG59 and just run it like that. Have them check it for you bro.
I used to work for Time Warner and Dish Network and I did a lot of work for cable and internet.
