Yes I tried the connection from my router. I'm going to hardwire it later and see if that helps any. My house was built in the 80s so its probably my lines. Calling Comcast whenever I get some time.

Oh if it was built in the 80s you definitely have fucked up lines bro. Have them drop a new line from the outside hub to your modem, they have to do it bro, don't let them tell you they can't.
They can't charge you for new lines if they are rg59 Sasquatch, they have to rewire and bring your lines up to date in order to prevent any more rollouts or service calls to your address. It's free of charge.

Yes, if your lines are RG59 it is no longer compliant with their regulations and specs, so they have to rewire your house in order to prevent any more issues.
