Double Thumbs down dude.. That wouldn't be a good idea. I think we should have a period, say 1 week maybe?, and during that week the new recruits can play with officers and clan members to prove they are worthy to play for us. That will test skill and will show if (s)he's active enough and then an officer can make a poll to keep that recruit or not. That's an amazing idea....
My opinion, it's fine as it is right now how it is ran. It has work for Cheech and company for many years therefore why change what is already excelent.
It's a good idea but I'd rather have it like it is now, where as the recruits would and should be playing with squad leaders and/or officers then myself would randomly ask people how was it that they played. We share the common knowledge.
Just remember guys I can tell if a recruits a good fit just by how he plays but then again I also could help them achieve success as well by giving them pointers etc if they happen to not know our system after reading the forums that has a ton of information. The forums are here for a reason and its to provide with a valuable tool of intel for everyone
I also pay attention to how they communicate, (when im playing )communication can make or break a game because if say for instance right side goes down n noone says anything the hostile can take over the perimeter & we're screwed.
We love to have fun don't get us wrong but when it comes to go n into battle readiness we gotta do what we do best.

Very good suggestions by Fish and others, but right now the current system is working as intended. However, we might have to make changes in the future when the amount of members and applicants grows more.
At some point each Platoon Leader will have the freedom to set their own recruiting criteria to speed things up. As a matter of fact, we are probably going to do something similar for our search and destroy, capture the flag and kill confirmed Platoons.
Each Platoon Leader will be allowed to recruit and set their criteria and requirements at their own discretion. So don't think we don't listen to you guys when you guys make suggestions, we do and we appreciate every single one of them.
After last nights dominant gameplay with Stewie I'm thinking of starting the run & gun squad or ctf, I know hardcore TDM is our home away from home but lve been playing ctf lately n if you have a team that knows a thing or two we'd be racking up the wins
