From my point towards anything needing done in respect of forum ie moving threads etc I will not make changes unless I know how to do so in the correct manner an protocol.
With moving threads I will say this,I am not 100% on how to move a thread therefore I will not move anything until I understand fully the correct way to do so.

To move a thread you simply click on the Administrative link above each thread, check the "Move Thread" option then hit the "proceed" button.
New Subject: leave alone
Destination Forum: you look for the forum where you want to move the thread to from the drop down list
Redirect: leave as is without a re-direct
Then you hit the "Move Thread" button at the bottom right and you are good to go

Thanks for that cheech,I will copy and paste the above to one note on my mobile as this is where I keep all the important shit that I need to know in respect to the forums,I will be doing the same with what randy posted pertaining to billets and duties as I was looking for this info as well.

The only thing that I would mention you have already mentioned above with the dead forums.i know within whiskey co we have 2nd platoon forums that will no longer get use as battlefield is moving on from the old generation console.
There's probably a few more forums that could fall into the same category of "inactive". Thing is it's probably best avoiding the loss of any information with these forums.

The only thing I can think of is maybe getting more suggested text next to our names at the top. Maybe open up a thread, and pick out your favorites, or most fuck yeas.
