Not a lot, $109 a night for a huge room. My mom still has access to my Dads Elite/Diamond/Etc status for airlines and hotels so we get stuff at the rates he did before he passed. Been over 2 years since he passed and he still looks out for the family!

The way I see it Bro GOD tested you while you were serving your Country, you now have you Family , you are close to your Daughter as well. The long drive to Alaska also tested you and put the life of both your Wife and Son in your hands. You made it and you are now ready to enjoy life !
Kyle, Bro, I wish the the best of fucking luck man, this comes straight from the heart Bro. You know we have both had some rough times and have not always seen everything eye to eye, but we do share a lot of similarities.
Take care of that Family Bro and don't question shit, GOD has a reason for everything and while we both would like for things to go smooth we both know that will not be the case.
Man up from here on out Bro, chin up and take everything standing up ! You can do it Kyle, you did your service, something not just any Man can do. Not every Man can go to War or see War and for sure not every Man be a good Husband or a Father. I strongly believe you will be both, a good Husband and Father to you Children.

Thanks a lot Cheech. It is true we have had a few rough patches....but when 2 people are so much alike that always seems to be the case. I have much love for you, your son, and what you've built at CAG. I really appreciate the kind words and found a lot of truth in what you wrote. I'm not a religious man either but I do believe everything happens for a reason. I cannot wait to get the stuff into the house and the computers/XBOXs set up! I have missed gaming and being on the site! It's an uncertain time for me seeing as that I am putting my fate into the hands of the VA being timely with my 70% disability, being physically/mentally able to attend college, and finding a job that will cater to a combat disabled veteran. So far I've found some people supportive of me being a combat infantryman but I've also been denied a house and one job for the same thing so who knows! Perseverance will pay off.

Well Bro the VA "will" come through with your 70% disability pay, they have with me and I am not as bad as you. Just stay on top with the VA as they like to test you as well.
You will do fine Bro I have a strong hunch.
