Just everything about them! You have your massive wave of zombies that just walk around and sneak up on ya, and then you have the adrenaline zombies that can run and have massive strength. I donno what it is maybe the fact that it's. Virus that brings you back to life from deathe (well sort of alive) and maybe it's just the whole cannibalism factor is a plus.
