CAG Chain of Command, Rank and Unit StructureIn order to keep order and discipline a Chain of Command is always necessary for military units. CAG prides itself on being a very well disciplined Clan. The Chain of Command is not meant to belittle or show dominance above anyone, rather it is meant to maintain order in the Clan. Although CAG has very strict guidelines when it comes to Ranking up, exceptions to the rules are possible. Nothing proves the worthiness of Ranking up more than Loyalty and Dignity."The continuous chain of authority that links the most junior private to the Commander in Chief and vice versa. Many argue that the U.S. implementation of the chain of command is the most important strategy employed by our military forces. In other armies the loss of a commander would throw the entire organization into disorder while in the U. S. military, the next most senior person present just assumes command. It is taught that whenever two Marines are walking together, one is in charge."
This Command Structure must be followed by all Members of the Clan, and under no circumstances be disobeyed or neglected. Failure to follow this structure will lead to immediate removal from the Clan.
Recruits receive their Rank one of three ways:
There are a total of 11 enlisted ranks from Private 1st Class to the Sergeant Major of CAG that can be earned as mentioned above. CAG also considers prior Leadership roles in other Clans as a way of receiving their Rank in CAG. If you have any questions regarding issues, please contact any of the Staff Members here.
