Looking for Officers

I have been off and on lately with important things like trying to find a job and when I'm on I try to recruit but I will say this, It is alot harder to play in a lobby on your own then with a team but that's just me. Like I explained to you before Grizz I don't recruit the way we normally do in CAG. I'm sorry if I can be picky but I mean I want build a brotherhood of Reapers. I admit I have been a bit IA for the past few weeks but alot of shit has been going down in my life so I needed time to sort it out. I am back now in full force and will be leading my unit with a full head of steam and getting us up and running to help CAG grow and build future leaders CAG can be proud of.

Well just earlier today from playing on MW3 with WingedMunchies, we got 2 new guys in the clan. I hope to get them registered on the site soon. It is really not hard to recruit even when playing alone, but I have been doing this for over 10 years so for me it is much easier to recruit than others.

If I had the time to play, I could easily recruit 15-25 new members this month. The key to recruiting is being able to talk during games and showing them that you are fun to play with. If you are not a talkative person during games you won't have any success recruiting in lobbies.

When I play alone I jump from one lobby to another till I find a lobby with players who have mics. I then see who likes to talk and go from there. After a few games I hit them up and if I see they play good I will let them know about the Clan and that we are recruiting.

Just a little something to help you guys out. Remember, don't be shy, talk during games, don't be a dick and be as friendly as possible.

Let me know how I could help out, I'll start talking in the lobbies I normally do but it's just that some of the players I run into are kids (12-13 year olds).

Everyone should always be looking for good players in lobbies. If you guys see someone who you guys think could help the clan, hit them up, invite them to our website and let them know we are recruiting.

Ok good shit Blue, make sure you get with knockers or Nun and try to be more active here on the forums so we can consider you as an Officer. To be an Officer you have to be really active on the forums.
