Rejoining the ranks 4 Star General GRIZZLYJDS

Hello CAG members I am GRIZZLYJDS AKA GRIZZ or "The Beard" I am putting this up because i am receiving alot of inquiry about my status with CAG. I started in COD 4 but at the time i didnt have an XBOX so i was unofficial. I joined officially on release of MW2 and raised through the ranks by putting in place alot of the system we have today alongside Cheechdogg. Myself with a couple Officers at the time decided to get better we needed to learn the maps inside and out and have a certain layout and bug out route. We started holding weapon certiication so that everyone was not holding a sniper rifle as well. This is where the current badge system come from. In the end due to life i could not devote as much time to serious gameplay as i would have liked so instead of just preaching about teamwork and training and how important it was for Clan Battles i decided to leave the Clan and just become a casual player because a casual 4 Star General was not acceptable at the time. I rejoined to help unify the Battlefied 3 Squads and help with as much advice as i can give.. No i am not a great player right now i am not even good.. Never have been the best gun. But i can provide the best intel about the battlefield.. And so that is just what i am here to do.. It is time to lace up men/women. Battlefield 3 is about to get fun through practice and nothing but victory. Leave the COD mentality in COD. This is about working as a unit and sacrifice for the team. If you are not prepared to lead or follow do not join the game. Other than that i am a easy going guy and i can chill and just have fun.. But when enough is enough i expect it to be taken serious.. Ranking officers are here for a reason. Disrespect them and there are consequences. If you need to know when it is time to be serious and when it is fun ask. It will be clarified.

I really think the main thing right now is getting a team that understands the base fundamentals of this game. Teamwork.. sure there are some cowboy moments.. But the overall victory is more important than your K-D Do what you have to do to make sure your team is covered.. and if everybody does that you will have a great fun high K-D (likely) game.. I look forward to working with you guys soon. And Cheech it feels great that a system set in motion in MW2 is still going strong and now a recruiting tool at the base of the Clan.

Yes Grizz, it really amazes me how many people fail to see what the Weapon Badges are meant to do. Those that are against the Weapon Badges don't understand that it takes teamwork and it is meant to establish teamwork amongst everyone.

Who would of thought that after what 3 years this system would still be in place.

And yes, I agree with you on what we should focus on before anything else on BF3. A small group like we always had before, I don't care to be a big clan. If we get big we get big, it has never been a priority of mine to make CAG into a huge clan. Although it would be nice to be big, but with big numbers comes all these problems, we have seen it in the past. Animosity is a bitch and some people are never happy no matter how much leeway you give them.
